UX case study for a crypto tax tool called Accointing by a web3 product designer

Summary

Rethinking the transactions review process

I was a part of the Accounting product team during its merger with Glassnode. As a design lead, I was responsible for redesigning the transaction review screen, which was an essential part of the customer journey. The redesign helped to reduce churn, increase revenue by 1.5x and ultimately led to the company's acquisition by Blockpit.

Summary

The project demanded the expertise of a crypto-native designer who could navigate the intricacies of the industry and understand the unique needs of its users. As a key contributor to the initiative, I joined the project with a focus on overhauling the transaction screen.

The redesigned transactions screen led to a notable reduction in user queries, streamlining user interactions and decreasing the need for support assistance.
